1. Who we are

solimpeks.ai is operated by Solimpeks Solar Enerji Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (Konya, Türkiye) — the manufacturer behind the Solimpeks and Varmeks brands. Contact: info@solimpeks.com.

2. What we collect

• AI chat questions.Questions you send to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate answers and stored by us to improve the product knowledge base. Don't include personal data you don't want processed.
• Account data. If you sign in (email or Google via Supabase), we store your email and the profile details you choose to add (name, company, country, phone, sector).
• Partner / contact enquiries. Details you submit through the partner form are delivered to the Solimpeks sales team (via our CRM, Pipedrive) so we can respond to you.
• Anonymous analytics. With your consent, we record anonymous, first-party page-view events (page path and interface language). No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions (Supabase auth) and alocale cookie to remember your language. Analytics only runs after you accept it in the consent banner and stores your choice locally in your browser.

4. Processors we rely on

Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), Anthropic (AI responses), Pipedrive (CRM for sales enquiries). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and the Turkish KVKK you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to info@solimpeks.com and we will respond within the statutory period.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Lead enquiries are kept as long as needed for the business relationship. Anonymous analytics events carry no personal identifiers.
