1. The service
solimpeks.ai provides an AI product advisor and preliminary technical calculators for Solimpeks solar-thermal products, storage tanks and Varmeks heat pumps. Use of the site is free; some tools require a free account.
2. Preliminary guidance only
All AI answers, sizing results, equivalence suggestions, cost estimates and incentive information are preliminary orientation only — not an engineering design, an offer, or legal/financial advice. Final product selection, sizing and compatibility must be confirmed by the Solimpeks technical team, and incentive rules by your local authority.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service — including automated scraping of the AI assistant, attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls, or submitting unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access that harms the service.
4. Intellectual property
Solimpeks, Varmeks and product names (WUNDER, SOLIBUFFER, SOLITANK, SOLIKOMBI, Varm…) are trademarks of the Solimpeks Group. Site content and catalog data may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Solimpeks is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of preliminary AI guidance without confirmation by the technical team.
